Who are we looking for? Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's household insurance sales experience, and be able to demonstrate the ability to identify customer needs and articulate the benefits of the product(s). If not already embarked on the CII qualification route, this will be a requirement. We are committed to training and developing our staff, and will provide financial support for study materials and exams.
However, we will also give serious consideration to a candidate with no experience, if they show the right abilities, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Working Hours: This is a fulltime position.
Remuneration package: a full competitive package including life assurance and pension is available. The salary offered will depend largely on experience and qualification, but again this is something we would consider depending on the candidate in question.
